I am an undergraduate student majoring in Literature and Writing Studies at California State University, San Marcos (CSUSM). I have lived in San Diego, California, and currently have no intention of leaving. I hope to graduate from college next spring and get a job as a copywriter for a government agency as a safety net for the first few months after graduation. However, my true, long-term goal is to become a novelist. I have always been attracted to the English language ever since I was even a baby, and reading and writing have been lifelong passions of mine. Though I’m still learning as I go along, I hope to one day write books that people can enjoy reading just as I’ve enjoyed reading the books of others.

We are a group of literature and writing studies undergraduates curating the December issue of the future online literary journal for California State University San Marcos’ Literature and Writing Department. This issue focuses on fan fiction, which we define as “works of fiction or poetry that are continuations of or relate to films, narrative video games, podcasts, television shows, graphic novels and/or Anime/Manga.” View all posts by Fiendish Fan Fiction
